This is a three-day workshop in skills required of people in upper middle management positions, typically those who manage the activities of other managers and supervisors. It covers the following topics:

	-			Initiating & Managing a Change
	-			Innovation and Opportunity Seeking
	-			Transforming a Traditional Work Group Into a Team

This course is aimed at people who have previously completed the Contemporary Management Practices course described above, or who have equivalent experiential backgrounds. This program also focuses on solving problems in small groups, and on the sharing of best practices that participants have experienced.
